Agreement to Terms

By engaging Paradox Index for consultation or investigative research services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not proceed with engagement.

Services Provided

Paradox Index provides open-source intelligence (OSINT) research, digital footprint analysis, identity correlation, behavioral risk assessment, and related investigative consulting services using exclusively public data sources.

Scope Limitations

Paradox Index does NOT:

• Conduct physical surveillance or activities requiring private investigator licensure
• Access restricted databases, law enforcement systems, or protected information
• Engage in hacking, social engineering, or unauthorized system access
• Guarantee specific outcomes or completeness of public data availability

Point-in-Time Reporting

All intelligence reports represent findings as of the research date. Public information changes continuously. Paradox Index makes no guarantee regarding ongoing accuracy of delivered intelligence after engagement conclusion.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Use delivered intelligence lawfully and ethically
• Not employ intelligence products for harassment, stalking, or illegal purposes
• Understand that OSINT findings are not legal advice
• Maintain confidentiality of operational methods and investigative processes

No Guarantees

Paradox Index does not guarantee discovery of specific information. Research is limited by what exists in public records and legally accessible sources. No refunds for information that does not exist publicly.

Limitation of Liability

Paradox Index's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. Paradox Index is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of delivered intelligence.

Confidentiality

Engagement details, client identities, and investigation targets are confidential. Paradox Index will not publicly disclose client relationships or case specifics.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are established per engagement agreement. Services commence upon payment receipt or agreed payment schedule.

Governing Law

All engagements are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Disputes are subject to New Jersey jurisdiction.

Modification of Terms

Paradox Index reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
